Dear Patient,

My clinic will be closed for in-person appointments from July 16th until September 24th.

During this time period, I will be available for phone or Zoom appointments occasionally.  I will be responding to emails while on holidays, however responses will be limited.  Other than occasional scheduled telemedicine appointments, I will be unavailable. 

Please refill your supplements prior to the summer vacation closure.  Supplements can also be picked up on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. during most of the summer season.  If you are travelling from out of town, please call the office prior to pick-up.  Please note, that the office will be closed for a few weeks in August and there will be no availability for supplement pick-up during that time.   Alternatively, you can order most supplements from the website Vitepro.ca

For those who have pharmaceutical prescriptions, before reaching out to me for a refill, please check to see if you have any refills left on your prescription.  If not, please follow-up in the office prior to July 16th to obtain a refill if needed, or book a phone or Zoom appointment after this date.
